Shipping Policy

United States shipping only

NeuroBloom Extracts, operated by MWB Consulting LLC, ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available. Orders are subject to applicable destination restrictions.

Processing and dispatch

Products ship within two business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This is the time to dispatch your order, not a promise of delivery within two days.

If we cannot ship within this timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by law.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Carrier transit times are separate from our processing time and are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, let us know promptly. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and shipping packaging where possible. Keep the packaging while we review the issue, and do not use a product with damage or a compromised seal. If tracking shows a delivery you have not received, contact us so we can help investigate.
