These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of neurobloomextracts.com and purchases from NeuroBloom Extracts, operated by MWB Consulting LLC. Please read them before ordering.

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from this website. You must provide accurate order and contact information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Products are offered only where permitted by law; we may decline orders to restricted destinations.
Products and orders
Please read product descriptions, labels, and directions before purchasing. Product availability and prices may change. The item price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you before making a material substitution or charging an additional amount. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, amounts paid for that order will be refunded.
Shipping and refunds
We ship within the United States only. Products ship within two business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed; carrier transit time is additional. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details and instructions for reporting shipping damage.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and opened or used products cannot be returned. This does not limit remedies required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.
