NeuroBloom Extracts, operated by MWB Consulting LLC, does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Due to the nature of our products and concerns about product integrity, opened or used products cannot be returned. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Shipping damage or order problems

If your shipment arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us promptly at mike@trugenpeptides.com or 469-264-4276. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Do not use a product that arrives damaged or with a compromised seal. We will review your report and contact you about the appropriate next steps. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Required exceptions

This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods. If we cannot ship within our stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by law. Any required or approved refund will be returned to the original payment method; posting times depend on the payment provider.
